Digital Safety and Responsibility
FAMILIES:
FCPS offers a 4-part online course on Digital Citizenship for families with teens. The purpose of the course is to strengthen conversations at home about issues such as privacy, security, social media use, screen time, digital footprints, cyberbullying, copyright and more. This interactive multimedia course supports parents, guardians, and teens in talking together about what it means to demonstrate safe, responsible, and ethical behaviors online. Use your @fcpsschools.net account to access the course. Click here for more information. EDUCATORS: Common Sense Media offers way to engage your students with Digital Citizenship in the classroom.
